What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is custom-fit jewelry that is welded together instead of secured with a traditional clasp. The process is quick, comfortable, and completely painless, creating a seamless piece that’s designed to be worn every day.
Does it hurt?
Not at all! The welding process never touches your skin. We take every precaution to ensure your experience is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable.
How long does it last?
Permanent jewelry is designed to last for years with proper care, but no piece of jewelry lasts forever. Its lifespan depends on factors such as the type of metal, your daily activities, and normal wear and tear.
Gold-filled and sterling silver pieces can last for many years when properly cared for, while stainless steel offers excellent durability for everyday wear. If your chain ever breaks or needs to be removed, keep the chain if possible—we may be able to reweld it or help you find the best replacement option.
Can I choose a custom design?
Absolutely! You’ll be able to choose from a variety of chain styles and, when available, add charms or connectors to create a piece that reflects your personal style. Every piece is custom-fitted to you, making it as unique as the person wearing it.
What materials do you use?
Radiant Links offers high-quality stainless steel, gold-filled, and sterling silver options, depending on the style selected. We carefully choose materials that are beautiful, durable, and designed for everyday wear.
Can the jewelry be removed?
Yes. If you ever need to remove your jewelry for work, medical procedures, or personal preference, simply cut the jump ring with small jewelry or nail clippers. In many cases, the chain can be rewelded later if it remains in good condition.
Is permanent jewelry waterproof?
Yes! Your jewelry is meant to be lived in. You can shower, swim, exercise, and go about your daily routine while wearing it. Like all fine jewelry, occasional cleaning will help keep it looking its best.
Will airport security or metal detectors be a problem?
No. Permanent jewelry is made from the same types of metals found in traditional jewelry and generally will not cause any issues when traveling.
What if my jewelry breaks?
While permanent jewelry is designed to last, no jewelry is indestructible. If your chain breaks due to normal wear, please keep all of the pieces and contact us. If the chain is still in good condition and enough length remains, we may be able to reweld it. Additional charges may apply if replacement materials are needed.
Can children receive permanent jewelry?
Yes! We happily weld jewelry for children with a parent or legal guardian present. We recommend that children are old enough to sit still during the quick welding process.
Booking an Appointment
Do you offer individual appointments?
Yes! In addition to weddings, private parties, and pop-up events, Radiant Links also offers individual and small-group appointments by request in the 76132 area of Fort Worth.
How long does the appointment take?
Most bracelets take about 5–10 minutes per person. Larger groups and private events may take longer depending on the number of guests.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes! If you visit Radiant Links at a public pop-up event or market, walk-ins are always welcome. If you’d prefer a more personalized experience, you can also request an individual or small-group private appointment through our booking form. We’ll contact you to confirm availability and schedule a time that works for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Radiant Links accepts all major credit and debit cards, along with secure digital payment options processed through Square. At this time, we do not accept cash.
Private Parties & Events
Do you offer private parties and events?
Absolutely! Radiant Links is available for weddings, bridal showers, birthdays, corporate events, grand openings, fundraisers, boutiques, pop-up markets, and other special occasions throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area and surrounding communities.
If you’d like to schedule a personal appointment for yourself, a friend, or a loved one, simply complete the booking request form on our website. We’ll contact you to confirm availability and finalize the details.
How many guests can you accommodate?
We can typically serve approximately 10 guests per hour, depending on the jewelry selected. If you’re planning a larger event, we’ll work with you to create a timeline that keeps everything running smoothly.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due according to the terms outlined in your booking agreement.
How far do you travel?
Radiant Links proudly serves the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.
How do I book an event?
Booking is easy! Simply complete the booking request form on our website. We’ll contact you to discuss your event details, confirm availability, and answer any questions before your reservation is finalized.
